Dzinepixel Webstudio is looking for experienced AI Mentors to lead high-impact learning experiences in Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, Multimodal Models, and practical AI tools for professionals, students, and teams.
In this role, you will design and deliver structured live sessions, mentor learners through real-world GenAI projects like autonomous agents and RAG pipelines, and contribute to building Odisha's next-generation AI-ready workforce. You will work closely with our training and content teams to create outcome-driven learning journeys that are practical, hands-on, and industry-focused.
Candidates with proven experience in GenAI tools (ChatGPT-4o, Gemini 2.0, Claude 3.5), Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI (CrewAI), Multimodal Models (Runway, Kling AI), RAG/LangChain/Pinecone, Voice/Video AI (ElevenLabs), Custom Agents, and live workshops apply to join our dynamic team.
Building optimized AI learning experiences, hands-on projects (agents, RAG pipelines, video generators), ethical AI practices, no-code automations (n8n, Zapier), and interactive sessions while supporting our training team.
Responsibilities
Conduct live webinars and workshops on GenAI, advanced Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, and trending AI tools.
Teach practical usage of platforms like ChatGPT-4o, Gemini 2.0, Claude 3.5, Grok, and multimodal tools (Synthesia, Runway).
Introduce learners to concepts like LangChain/LangGraph, RAG pipelines, autonomous agents (CrewAI, AutoGen), and responsible AI practices.
Build and demonstrate trending AI projects live (agentic chatbots, video generators, voice clones, custom RAG systems).
Design quizzes, assignments, and practice tasks to assess and improve learner performance.
Track learner progress and share structured feedback with the coordination team.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve session content, flow, and learning outcomes.
(Optional) Mentor junior trainers and support them in delivering high-quality sessions.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of consistent, hands-on usage of at least 3 AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude required).
Prior experience delivering at least 5 webinars, workshops, or live training sessions (any topic).
Ability to build or demonstrate trending AI solutions live via screen share (agents, RAG, multimodal).
Strong communication skills with fluency in Hindi and/or English.
Comfort in handling live Q&A, interactive activities, and project walkthroughs.
A structured, outcome-oriented teaching approach with focus on clarity and real-world application.
Good to have:
Exposure to AI/ML platforms or cloud certifications (Google AI Essentials, AWS ML, Hugging Face).
Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, instructor, or team lead.
Understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, vernacular AI prompting, and safe AI usage guidelines.
